Vineyard
The 35-year-old vineyard is located in the community of Koutsi in the semi-mountainous Nemea, at an altitude of 380 meters. The soils are clayey with slopes that ensure good drainage. The orientation offers the vineyard the maximum sunshine, while during the ripening period it is also favored by the summer north winds.
Wine and Vinification
Classic red vinification, with a long extraction of 25 days. The whole process of vinification takes place at controlled temperatures, from the initial stage of cold extraction to the end. Aging lasts twelve months in new oak barrels.
Taste Characteristics and Aging Exuberant
red wine, with intensely fruity aroma, notes of eucalyptus and green pepper. Fleshy and rich in flavor. Soft, with ripe tannins and a velvety aftertaste. Aging from five to ten years, depending on the characteristics of the harvest.
